What is Workforce Intelligence?

Cloud Sentrics Workforce Intelligence is an enterprise-grade human capital management module designed for organizations of all sizes. It provides end-to-end visibility and control over your entire workforce — from the moment a staff member is registered through their daily operations, professional development, and performance tracking.

Built for Nigerian businesses and adaptable to any regulatory environment, Workforce Intelligence eliminates manual HR processes, reduces compliance risk, and gives leadership real-time insight into workforce performance and utilization.

Staff Lifecycle Management

Register staff with comprehensive profiles, manage their employment journey from onboarding through promotion, transfers, and offboarding. Auto-generate employee IDs, track status changes, and maintain complete audit trails of every lifecycle event.

HR & Document Operations

Generate official letters (offer letters, query letters, promotion letters, termination notices), manage document uploads, and deliver sensitive documents securely to staff via OTP-protected portals. Set expiration alerts for certificates and compliance documents.

Training & Compliance

Create assessments with robust anti-cheating measures, leverage a pre-loaded question bank of 189 Nigerian regulatory compliance questions, issue compliance certificates, and track certification expiry. Supports both hiring assessments and ongoing professional development.

Scheduling & Attendance

Define shifts with rotation templates, assign staff to schedules, process shift swap requests, and track attendance with 3-factor authentication (Staff ID + Year of Birth + Phone). Geolocation verification and device fingerprinting ensure clock-in integrity.

Asset Tracking

Maintain a complete register of organizational assets — laptops, vehicles, equipment, furniture — with assignment history, depreciation tracking, maintenance schedules, and CSV bulk import capabilities.

Self-Service Portals

Empower staff with secure self-service access to view profiles, download payslips, submit leave requests, check attendance records, access training materials, and print compliance certificates — all through a 3-factor authenticated portal.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate 8 report types covering employees, attendance, leave, payroll, training, departments, branches, and compliance. Export to PDF, Excel, or CSV with flexible date range and department filters. Executive dashboards provide at-a-glance organizational health metrics.

All plans include full access to every Workforce Intelligence feature. Plans differ only in staff capacity and support level.
  • Standard Plan — Up to 100 staff members. ₦25,000/month. Email support with 24-hour response time. Ideal for small businesses and startups.
  • Professional Plan — Up to 500 staff members. ₦75,000/month. Priority email and chat support. Multi-branch support included. Suited for growing mid-size organizations.
  • Enterprise Plan — Unlimited staff members. Custom pricing. Dedicated account manager, phone support, custom integrations, and SLA guarantees. Designed for large corporations and government agencies.

Getting Started

Follow these steps to set up Workforce Intelligence for your organization:

  1. Configure Organization Settings — Set your company name, logo, motto, branches, and departments in Organization Settings.
  2. Define Employee ID Format — Customize the auto-generated staff ID pattern (e.g., ORG-2024-001) to match your internal conventions.
  3. Set Up Access Policies — Create permission groups and assign appropriate access levels to HR administrators, managers, and supervisors via Access Policies.
  4. Register Your Staff — Add employees individually or use CSV bulk import to onboard your entire workforce at once. See Register Staff.
  5. Configure Attendance Rules — Set clock-in deadlines, geofencing radius, and device authorization policies in Organization Settings.
  6. Create Shift Schedules — Define shifts, build rotation templates, and assign staff to their schedules via Staff Scheduling.
  7. Launch Staff Portal — Share portal access credentials with your team so they can begin using self-service features immediately.
Ensure you complete Organization Settings before registering staff. The employee ID format and branch/department structure must be configured first to ensure consistent data across all records.

System Requirements

  • Modern web browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 1 Mbps recommended)
  • For clock-in portal: device with GPS capability and camera (for future biometric features)
  • For staff portal: any smartphone or computer with a web browser
