Staff Attendance

Track clock-in, clock-out, and attendance status.

Overview

Staff clock in via the self-service portal. Dashboard shows who is present, late, or absent.

Shift-Based Schedules

Configure multiple shifts in Facility Settings → Clock-In Settings. Assign staff to shifts in their profile. Each shift has its own clock-in deadline and earliest clock-out time.

Night Shifts

The system correctly handles overnight shifts (e.g., 8 PM - 6 AM). Staff clocking in during night hours are validated against their assigned shift, not the default morning deadline.
