View Storage Snapshot

Check your storage usage and breakdown by folder in Cloud Sentrics.

See how much storage your account is using and where it is allocated.

Steps

1. Go to Admin > Storage Snapshot.
2. View the total storage used vs. your plan limit.
3. See the breakdown of storage by folder.

What You Will See

• Total Usage — how much storage is currently consumed.
• Storage Limit — the maximum allowed by your plan.
• Folder Breakdown — size of each folder in your account.

Tips

• Monitor usage regularly to avoid hitting your limit.
• If you are close to your limit, consider deleting old files or upgrading your plan.
• Only Admins can view the storage snapshot.
