View Activity Logs
Monitor all user actions in your Cloud Sentrics account with the activity log.
Track every action taken in your account for security and auditing purposes.
Steps
- Go to Admin > Activity Log.
- View the list of all recorded actions.
- Use filters to narrow results by date, user, or action type.
What Is Logged
- File uploads and downloads
- User logins and logouts
- User account changes (create, disable, delete)
- Role and permission changes
- Password and MFA changes
Log Details
Each entry shows:
- Timestamp — when the action occurred.
- User — who performed the action.
- Action — what was done.
- Details — affected file or user.
Tips
- Only Admins can view activity logs.
- Logs cannot be edited or deleted.
- Use logs to investigate suspicious activity.
